Professional Technology Service
Big Computer provides Information Technology (IT) services. While "Big" is in our name, we help with devices of all sizes: from microSD cards to phones, from laptops to full size desktop PCs. Big Computer solves your IT problems, installs hardware and software, and provides you with IT education. IT Education means helping our clients understand how to use their phones, computers, tablets, and software. With industry standard IT certifications, over a decade of experience in IT, and a life long enthusiasm for technology, Big Computer can help you with your technology needs.
Clear communication is very important to us. We take the time to properly explain our services to each client. For any devices or software we install, we describe maintainence procedures. If we help solve a problem, we provide steps to avoid the problem reoccuring in the future.
Our founder's certifications include: CompTIA A+, CompTIA Network+, Google IT Support, and Google Cybersecurity. He also holds a BA from University of California San Diego and Juris Doctor from Univeristy of San Diego School of Law.
